Terms and conditions/Licences

Sending the registration form results in binding bookings for workshops and training courses.
Once the booking has been made successfully, it is confirmed by an invoice sent to the participant
by The - Concept®.
Places are only assured once payment of the full workshop/course fee
(Silver; Gold) or the first instalment has been received in the account of The - Concept® (TPC®) training institute
- no later than 4 weeks prior to course start date/2 weeks prior to workshop start date.
Minimum participant number: 6
Maximum participant number: 12
The examination fee is paid no later than 1 week before the examination, otherwise the examination cannot be taken.
(Instalment payments possible with a 5% surcharge on the Silver or Gold fee.
The instalments must each be received in the account of The - Concept® (TPC®) training institute no later than 14 days before commencement of the respective training module. The instalment contract is established in writing.)

The - Pi Concept Mat Instructor® course runs for a total of 1.5 years (163 lesson units).
(Non-participation in certain course modules/lesson units due to cancellation or absence once the course has started does not result in exemption from payment obligations.)
The - Pi Concept Studio Instructor® course runs for a total of 2 years (278 lesson units).
(Non-participation in certain course modules/lesson units due to cancellation or absence, once the course has started, does not result in exemption from payment obligations.)

Costs for course books must be paid as follows at the start of the respective course:
The - Concept® (TPC®) Matwork course: € 98 (3 books)
The - Concept® (TPC®) Comprehensive Studio course: € 189 (10 books)

(If minimum participant numbers are not reached, The - Concept® (TPC®) reserves the right to postpone the course.)

Licences

Pi Concept® Mat Instructor / TPC® Mat Instructor

With this qualification:
The - Concept® (TPC®) Mat Instructor Silver (or - Concept® Mat Instructor Silver for short) allows you to join
the Deutscher Pilates Verband (DPV) and, with appropriate pre-requisites, be recognised by health funds as per Section 20 SGB
(German Social Code).

To meet the quality standards of a - Concept® Mat Instructors, and for recertification as TPC® Mat Instructor Silver,
it is mandatory to take - Concept® Mat Instructor Silver Essences Workshop (9 lesson units) for
The - Concept® (TPC®) Mat Instructor Silver Plus (or - Concept® Mat Instructor Silver Plus for short)
within 6 months of the last training module (the 4th training module of The - Mat Instructor Silver course).

To meet the quality standards of a - Concept® Mat Instructor, and for recertification as a TPC® Mat-Instructor Silver Plus,
it is mandatory to complete
The - Concept® (TPC®) Mat Instructor Gold (or - Concept® Mat Instructor Gold for short) within 18 months.

Licence renewal

Following on from the basic course, you have the opportunity to more deeply explore this comprehensive method in its endless complexity.
Whether in theory or practice.

To meet the quality standards of a - Concept® Mat Instructor, and for recertification as a - Concept® Mat Instructor Gold,
you need 10 continuing education credits (Pi credits) in 2 years to renew your TPC® Mat Instructor Gold licence..
(One Pi credit equals 1 lesson unit.)
These can be booked at The - Concept® (TPC®) - training centre (75%) or at an institute recognised by TPC® (25%).
Please check beforehand whether and how many Pi credits can be recognised for your licence with the relevant advanced training.


TPC® Mat Instructor Silver N / - PiLates®Mat Instructor Silver N and
TPC® Mat Instructor Gold N / - Concept® Mat Instructor Gold N Neo-certificates are governed by the same mandatory licensing agreements as the TPC® Mat Instructor Silver / - Concept® Mat Instructor Silver and
TPC® Mat Instructor Gold / - Concept® Mat Instructor Gold certificates.

- Concept® Studio Instructor / TPC® Studio Instructor

With this qualification:
The - Concept® (TPC®) Studio Instructor Silver (or - Concept® Studio Instructor Silver for short)
allows you to join the Deutscher Pilates Verband (DPV) and, with appropriate pre-requisites, be recognised by health funds as per Section 20 SGB (German Social Code).
To meet the quality standards of a Concept® Studio Instructor, it is mandatory to take the Concept® Studio Essences Workshop
(18 lesson units) for The Concept® (TPC®) Studio Instructor Silver Plus (or Concept® Studio Instructor Silver Plus for short)
within 6 months of the last training module (Module 5 of the Concept® Studio Instructor Silver course and Module 2
of the - Concept® Studio Instructor Silver N course).


Concept® Studio Instructor Gold / (TPC®) Studio Instructor Gold.
To meet the quality standards of a - Concept® Studio Instructor,
it is mandatory to complete the Concept® Studio Instructor Gold / (TPC®) Studio Instructor Gold course within 12 months.

The examination for The Concept®® (TPC®) Studio Instructor Gold (or Concept® Studio Instructor Gold for short) must therefore be taken within 24 months of starting the Concept® Studio Instructor Silver / (TPC®) Studio Instructor Silver course.

Admission requirements:
Between finishing the “ Concept® Studio Instructor Silver Plus / TPC® Studio Instructor Silver Plus” course and starting
the “ Concept® Studio Instructor Gold / TPC® Studio Instructor Gold” course, you need to complete at least
180 hours of Pilates over 12 months, documented in a log book. (90 hours in self-training in PiLates Class (45x mat, 45x equipment),
and 90 hours of own lessons and work group).
This can be done at The Concept® (TPC®) – training centre or a Pilates institute recognised by TPC®.

To resit practical examination will be charged (1st time 50% of the examination fee, all other times 100% of the examination fee).
